It feels like I cover a lot of ground in this episode. It all started when I met an unconfident lady at the pool. This is the result of my pondering and contemplation about her feelings. Why do we feel unconfident and unsure? Why is it a given in life to deal with so many negative thoughts? I found myself getting angry about it because we're all such incredible human beings with so much to give and instead we get heavy and cloudy about the things we don't like about ourselves. We're all unique, why isn't that enough? Let it all go now and dive into this calming, healing meditation.
